This course covers the procedures for handling File Reviewing for Residential and Commercial Claims.

Description

This course provides an in depth picture of what it is to be a file reviewer. We dive into the job aids and claims practices for different types of losses and different carriers. We also discuss policy coverage review. We discuss the organization of the review process for a faster review without sacrificing quality of work. We also discuss how to write a revision request to maintain a solid team environment between the reviewer and the adjuster. Once you have completed this course, you should be able to review for any carrier and any IA firm.

Upon completion of this course, participants will receive 14 CE hours applied to the States of TX & FL.  A certificate will be provided for the participant to pursue other States CE credentialing.
