AIA’s “Citizens CAT Property Adjuster Certification Course” will cover all aspects of Citizens (Field Task and Inside Examiner) CAT claims from beginning to end utilizing Guidewire Claim Center and Xactimate. You will learn and understand Citizens Ethics and BCPs (Best Business Practices), Policy and how to find the answers you need in Citizens Portal. This course will also cover the proper way to scope a Citizens CAT claim, and discuss how to work with AOB’s, Attorney Represented Files, and Public Adjusters. Sessions on Fast Trac, Desk Adjusting and Task Field Adjusting will be included. Upon completion, you will be Citizens CAT certified, which will allow you to qualify for all adjuster positions CRU has for Citizens CAT claims. Upon completion of this course, participants will receive 6 CE hours applied to the States of TX & FL (2 Hrs apply to Ethics requirements). A certificate will be provided for the participant to pursue other States CE credentialing.
