Symbility Proficiency Course

AIA’s 2 Day Symbility course takes the student from A to Z in the life of a claim utilizing the estimating system several carriers are switching to. The course not only teaches the student to master the Symbility program but also how to correctly incorporate photos and tablet/phone capabilities. The course begins with the FNOL (First Notice of Loss) and takes the student through the scoping the damages and then writing a complete file, including correctly ordered photos and properly documented reports. Students in this course will acquire the knowledge and skills to quickly create accurate estimates using a variety of Symbility tools and technology. We will also show you how to utilize and import Eagleview and Hover measurement reports to make your estimate more efficient and effective. Students will complete a variety of practice estimates and hands-on Symbility exercises throughout the 2 day Course to reinforce newly learned skills.
