AIA’s 1 Day Symbility Refresher course takes the student in accelerated training from A to Z in the life of a claim. The course is designed to refresh and sharpen the already proficient Symbility user in the correct procedures to efficiently and effectively prepare a Symbility estimate, photo report, and claims report. The course begins with the FNOL (First Notice of Loss) and takes the student through writing a complete file, including correctly ordered photos and properly documented reports.
