This course begins with the assignment preparation and understanding the FNOL (First Notice of Loss). We then discuss organizing your assignments, first contact, and scheduling your appointments effectively and efficiently. Next, we provide detailed training on material recognition, damage recognition, roof and exterior diagramming, and securing efficient/effective measurements. We will also discuss the proper and “Cutting Edge” equipment needed to perform a claim investigation. This course is essential for any entry level claims professional or experienced claims professional wanting a refresher on property claim investigation procedures.

Upon completion of this course, participants will receive 8 CE hours applied to the States of TX & FL.  A certificate will be provided for the participant to pursue other States CE credentialing.
