Next, we provide detailed training on material recognition, damage recognition, roof and exterior diagramming, and securing efficient/effective measurements. We will also discuss the proper and “Cutting Edge” equipment needed to perform a claim investigation. This course is essential for any entry level claims professional or experienced claims professional wanting a refresher on property claim investigation procedures.
Upon completion of this course, participants will receive 8 CE hours applied to the States of TX & FL. A certificate will be provided for the participant to pursue other States CE credentialing.
